The USS Morse is an attack ship that participated in NATO's task force to liberate Norway from the Russian military occupation.
History
Amphibious Assault
The Queen Victoria Carrier Battle Group, as well as the USS Morse, had reached the Norwegian coast in the next morning and advanced to the target objective while Neptune Flight provided close air support.
The allied fleet encountered a Russian minefield being laid across the fjord and stopped advancing, but the USS Carter failed to stop and the exploding sea mine quickly caused the ship to sink before Colin Munro cleared the way using his cannon to destroy the minefield.
After the path was cleared, the gun batteries on the mountainside started to attack the fleet, which took out both the HMS Resolution and the USS Morse during the bombardment.
