Major Talbot is a OFF flight instructor for Artemis Global Security. In January 2021, he was assigned to train Artemis pilots in the OFF mode prior to their activation for the Brazilian conflict. He was in the backseat of an F-15 ACTIVE while Captain David Crenshaw of Reaper Flight trained. After Talbot cleared him, they landed so he could certify more pilots.
