The Shakuru is a manned aircraft based off the Helios UAV, and was named after the solar deity of the Pawnee Indians. It was tested by the HAWX Program out of Nellis Air Force Base by Troy Loensch and Aron Arnold under the supervision of Dr. Elisa Meyers. Loensch had his death faked in it over the Pacific after he was caught spying on Raymond Harris; a storm blew it back toward South America, allowing Loensch to survive.
