General Raymond Harris is a former United States Air Force officer who led the 334th Expeditionary Wing at Abatra base in Sudan. Later he became head of Air Operations at the private military company Firehawk, LLC. Following a series of successful conflicts, he became the CEO. When his best pilot Troy Loensch found a document about The Transition, where the United States government was placed under the command of the PMC, he faked an accident, although Loensch survived. Months later, Congress voted on the Executive Branch Management Bill and it passed. When President Albert Fachearon refused to recognize the authority, Harris was authorized to use force to stop him. He boarded the H.A.W.X. Program aircraft Raven armed with a nuclear weapon. His aircraft was rammed by Loensch's F-16 Fighting Falcon and it was destroyed.
