Mansour Hafiz is a warlord and arms dealer in the near future. He was captured in Burj Al Nasr during a US military operation there. Major Alex Hunter of the H.A.W.X. squadron bombed his bunker where he was hiding in order to allow their Russian asset, Agent Stephan Drachev, to capture him.
