General Ikuye is an African warlord who led the People of God's Army rebels in Africa. He was opposed by the African Union and the United Nations. In September 2015, Artemis Global Security's Reaper Flight was directed to destroy the rebel camps, fuel and vehicle depots south of the capital. They bombed the camps, fuel and vehicle depots eventually forcing Ikuye to depart the area in his private jet. They shot down the F-5 escorts and forced Ikuye to land at a friendly airport for his arrest.
