Getaway is the mission where Captain Dmitri Ivanovich Sokov and Agent Stephan Drachev defected from Medved special forces. Sokov absconded with a plane, narrowly avoiding crashing on the runway. He sped through a nearby canyon, and was trapped by his former wingmen and Drachev called in a favor from the US military. H.A.W.X. squadron arrived and saved the pair. They then escorted them to a US Air Force refueling tanker while Drachev shared what he knew about the missing nuclear weapon.
