Dangerous Passage is a mission launched by the H.A.W.X. squadron to track a DDI heavy bomber. Bobcat and Arrow escorted AWACS Big Boy. They were bounced by enemy fighters, and Big Boy was shot down, although the crew escaped. The two aircraft continued their mission, ground-hugging to avoid AA batteries. As they approach the bomber, they are challenged by the mercenary pilot Major Zeal, and Bobcat is shot down. The bomber is also shot down, but Zeal reveals that there are more heading toward the H.A.W.X. squadron.
