Doctor Elisa Meyers is an aeronautical engineer who worked for the HAWX Program on the Shakuru. She earned her master's degree from Caltech, then went to work for NASA and eventually earned a doctorate at MIT. She theorized about a 360-degree symmetrical airframe, codenamed the YF-27.
Dr. Meyers had been at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada for 18-months before the facility was given to the PMC Firehawk, LLC.
She liked to go running in the morning, and that was when she met test pilot Troy Loensch after he arrived. Over the following months she monitored Loensch and Aron Arnold as they tested the Shakuru until Firehawk CEO Raymond Harris faked an accident to try to kill Loensch.
