Arrowgance is an internal DDI operation.
After Ringo betrayed the H.A.W.X. squadron, he was put under the command of Rainmaker. He was assigned to test five waves of combat drones. Eventually, he was swamped and overwhelmed, and was shot down despite his pleas to stop the combat. Rainmaker had intended on betraying him in order to get revenge against the H.A.W.X. squadron, specifically Arrow, who had defected from DDI.
The next day the H.A.W.X. squadron found out that Ringo had been killed.
